Exchange Policy

An exchange request can be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of order subjected to following conditions. 

● The original condition of the item is intact; unworn, unwashed, and all tags and packaging undamaged.
● The exchange request is due to incorrect size, different color, manufacturing defect or quality issue.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact our customer service team at info@martazstudio.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange accordingly.

Important Notes:

● Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with exchanges unless the issue is at our end.
● Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide an alternative option.

Color Disclaimer

MARTAZ strives to represent product images accurately yet slight variations in color may occur due to:

● Differences in lighting and photography
● Dye variations in the fabric

These variations do not qualify for exchanges or refunds

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
